This development competition is for youth fencers and wheelchair fencers aged 14 and under and is aimed at beginner and novice sabre fencers!

The day will be organised to get the most fencing. This will be designed around age groups and entries.

Date:29th October 2023
Venue: Darlington Dolphin Centre, Horse Market, Darlington. DL1 5RP
Start time: From 11am till 4pm. (We will update you with specific times nearer the event)

Deadline for entries 25th October

British Fencing Membership Level: Recreational or Compete https://www.britishfencing.com/become-a-member/

Fencing equipment safety standard:
Fencing mask, jacket, under plastron, breeches, glove – minimum 350N
Tracksuit bottoms can be worn but pockets need to be zipped or taped.
Sabre blades – size 0 for under 11, size 2 for under 15.

Disabled parking available in Horse Market near the entrance of the Dolphin Centre.
Public parking is at Feethams Multi-story DL1 5SZ

Café is available for purchase of hot and cold food and beverages.
