Physiotherapist Neil Sleeman is going to do a live discussion on the best way to keep our fencing bodies fit to fence and prepare for getting back to club training.

Topics for discussion:

Issues with loss of fitness during isolation and vulnerability to an injury if start fencing too early. Understand how to treat and avoid chronic injuries in fencing. Q&A Neil Sleeman’s practice is based near Durham and has worked with fencers for many years. He has delivered practical sessions to fencing clubs on injury prevention and is a keen educator on maintaining fitness for any age.
